**Activities:** Litter Sweeps on a regular basis.Paint and service old water pumps and railings around public areas that are not the responsibility of the local authority.Finance 50% of the costs of 40 hanging baskets to brighten up local shopping areas during spring and summer.Cut grass and clean up scrub areas that are not the responsibility of the local authority.
