TO PROVIDE FACILITIES WHEN POSSIBLE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES, TAKING ACCOUNT OF THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN, YOUTH, ELDERS AND DISABLED IN THE RSUK.
