The of the TnLSt is to advance the TelIgi￿ of Islam in x4rdanr£ with the
tenets and doctrines of the Sunni Sect of Islam and the advancement of the education
of Muslim ¢hildTen in aLxordance with the tenets and d(Ktsines of the Sunni Sect of
Islam. In furtherance of its d)jert& the ftnaintains the Jama Al KarAm Mosque.
The Tnjstees may. at their absDlute discr4iTh4 invest Trust money in any investsnent
f￿ the time being authoriml by law f(w investment of trust fijnds.
Review of progress and achievements
The Tll￿ continues to operate an openkn policy in r￿￿1 of relI￿ouS ethcation
for the benefit of Muslims and non-muslims who are eager to learn about Islam. This
a8ain has reAdted in re8ular visits from schtx)Is and cdleges during the year. TI￿re
are also regular ledures by Islamic 3d￿larS home and abr￿1.
The Trust also has an ongoing policy of seeking to create harn]ony within the
community at laTge and. to this en(L has cixllinued to c<Hwale with the tx)lic
hospitsl and soGial seThices to ulldet5taD(lillg of the vatious cullutal need5.
Other services the TTUSt continues to ￿0VIde Im a voluntsry basis indude burial
se¥vi(¥ Circumc45ion for neThborn Muslim boys ￿ marriage selv1￿.
Review of fmancial athities and affairs
The Tntst had a surplus in the year of £14,933 (2024 sUTp1￿ £44.314) and Bank and
Cash balantts on hand of £393,195 (2024 £378,262).

down on last year. The decrease was across all income stream4 even rental income is
slightly down with all the propthies fully let apart from 135 Barton Street which has
been renovated and has ben sold since the year end. The sales woGeeds will be
