**Minutes of Village Centre Trustees Annual Meeting Meeting held on 11 December 2024**

## **2 Acceptance of Minutes from Last Meeting** 

Last minutes from 13 December 2023 were circulated and accepted.

## **3 Report from the Year** 

First floor flat has been let our all year so rent is consistent, swimming pool had a very good year despite the weather. Donations were received for Platinum Garden refurbishment which is now complete. Kick about field surface was levelled and new fence erected. 

## **4 Annual Accounts** 

The swimming pool took £13.5k in membership 30% of which will be paid to the swimming pool committee after expenses. The final payments were made on the Platinum Garden refurbishment of £7.5k .  All other expenses were as expected. Accounts were agreed by all Trustees present. Audit will take place early January 2025

Trustees elected Roland Jones, Kevin Robbins, Richard Howe, Stephen Evans, Andy McIntyre, Kym Ford
