**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE SICK AND/OR WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND/OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, INCLUDING THE ELDERLY, ENCOURAGING THE RAISING OF STANDARDS OF CARE AND GROWTH OF RESOURCES TO ENABLE THESE STANDARDS OF CARE TO BE MET AND MAINTAINED. **Activities:** Guideposts services are provided in England, mainly in Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Gloucestershire, and focus on improving the health and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and autism, mental health challenges, children and young people, older people including those with dementia and their carers. Delivered via local hubs, community outreach, online and telephone.
