SORP reference<br>This year the Charity has been<br>fundraising to support the<br>renovation and upgrade of the<br>Summary of the main  Secondary School Playground at<br>Para 1.20<br>achievements of the  Bardwell School. A project that<br>charity, identifying the  cost in excess of £150k. Through<br>difference the charity’s  a combination of Grant<br>work has made to the  Applications and from funds<br>circumstances of its  already held by the charity we<br>beneficiaries and any  contributed £52k towards this<br>wider benefits to society  project.<br>as a whole. Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21 The charity has £14,046.58 in<br>financial position at the  total funds<br>end of the period £6k of which they hold in reserve.<br>Leaving £8,046.58 at the<br>committee’s disposal to support<br>requests from Bardwell School.<br>Statement explaining  Para 1.22 The Committee agreed to keep a<br>the policy for holding  reserve of £6k, as this is the<br>reserves stating why  approximate amount required to<br>they are held support Student Residential trips<br>for one year when they return<br>after Covid.
