The General Managar has con￿ntrated on opening up thè museum to widgr audiences in the hope of
generating additional footfall. This has been achieved by the provision ol children'5 activities and reenactor

publicity in th& local press for the musaum and Incldentally for The Flegiment.
Further examples ol rnaintainiry the museum's visibility to the public have been stalls at oceasiona
Saturday Markets in Warwick, a stall at the Viotorian Evening and sponsoring a t￿e in St Mary's Church
during their annual Christmas Tree Festival. He also curated a su¢¢essful display of embroidery kvhich had
been done by soldiers in Th6 R8gim&nt who were recovering from wounds during the First Great War
also while on duty overseas during quiet periods. This attracted a different sector ol th8 visitor community
and demonstrated the value of using the museum s artefa¢ts to further our and enhance Our incomè.
A very successful monthly g-Newsletter has been inlroduced and the sccial mallia presence has improved
