include the objectives of the Charity and the main activilieslachievements (an example is

Advance the education of young members of the public at
large, in agri¢ullure, home crafts, country life and related
subjects., and
In the interests of the soclal welfare of such members to
provide, and promote the provision of, facilities for recreation
and other leisure lime occupations, being facilities which will
improve Iheir conditions of life and will assist in the
development of th8ir spiritual and mental capacities, self-
reliance and individual r8sponsibililies so that they will grow
to full maturily as individuals and members of the community.
Our Club is one of 37 independent Clubs affiliated lo the Devon
Federation of Youn
Farmers Club- Charit
number 272252.
Charity fundraising - £5,692.92 has been raised for Papyrus with the
mon8y being jointly split between the two charities.
This has b88n many activities that the club members have taken part
in this year from Entertainments, competitions, sports, and
organising events to rais8 money for charity.
This includes bingo's, a Charity ball, wreath making and bung
bagging.

The Club confimis that it has referred to the guidance contained in
the Charity Commissions general guidance on public benefit when
viewin
its aims and ob ectives and in

future activities.
On average the Club has fortnighlly meétings in the local village hall8.
This is in addition to a very full program of everything from after public
speaking, planning a summer ball, junior members lake stock to show
and sale and coming away with Champion ewes and lambs and going
through to county rounds for Entertains.

Our year was compleled with an end of year celebration and AGM to
thank the members. advisory and parents for their help and to
congratulate the members by presenting the Club Trophies.
