Advance the education of young members of the public at
large, in agriculture, home crafts, country life and related
subjects., and
In the interests of the social welfare of such members to
provide, and promote the provision of, facilities for recreation
and other leisure time occupations, being facilities which will
improve their conditions of life and will assist in the
development of Iheir spiritual and mental capacities, seK-
relian￿ and individual responsibilities so that they will grow
to full maturity as individuals and members of the community.

Our Club is one of 37 independent Clubs affiliated to the Devon
Federation of Young Farmers Club- Charity number 271933
Charity fundraising - £10,600 has been raised for Devon Air
Ambulance, Children's Hospice South West and The Seymoor Unit
with the money being split £5,000 to Devon Air Ambulance, £5,000
to Children's Hospice South West and £600 TO The Seymoor Unit.

Thls has been many activities that the club members have taken part
in this year from Entertainments, 24 hours Shearathon, Hatvest
Supper, Traclor Run, Bingo, Christmas Tree Collection, Quiz Club
Sheep, Ferret Racing, Fun Rides, Painl Party. Sports and Local
Shows. All to help wrth raising funds for our chosen charities.
The Club confirms that it has referred to the gL¢Idan￿ contained in
the Charity Commissions general guidance on public benefit when
reviewin
its aims and ob'ectives and in

fLrture activities.
On average the Club has monthly meetings in the local village hall. This
is in addition to a very full program of everything from entertainments to
fundraising to sports activities to socials and stock judging
