The tru￿ was establis1￿ ty a charrfable trust deed on 121h 1976. The tYusVs obj.ects are to
Safeguard health in the communtty ty the prowsion of public education in self I￿￿th. The regisleled

The objectNe of the charity is to safeguard trealth in ts communty by the provision of wblic education
to promote more selt-reliance and reS￿r￿blIty in matntaining health.
In order to achieve rts principal objective the chanty offers various courses. workshops and other forms of
training and information to people & indnnduals and in groups. Benefici￿leS from all backgrounds,
origin3 beliets are actively enGouragetl.
Community He￿th FourKlation is dedKated to deveiopiThJ and p￿￿￿ting an integral mc*Jel lor health that
takes into accouni nutriti.on. bodwfk prac￿￿S, o)mmunication arKI self*xpression. By emphasising a

PtY•ver. Intent and Evolution {1) . a four day pl￿ramMe tr[￿ aims to assist Fvle in breaking tree of
Llnhealihy energetic pattems in the areas of soaaj and ptysical relationships.
Cooking Series (10)- a three part series of dasses that eliuts the joy of bthole.food cooknng.
Integral BodywoTk Series (8) - consistiny irf six sessions to engage wth movements that promote the
energising and groLtnding of the body.

Financial revlthy
The unTe*ri(Xed funds of the charity at 31 December 2021 £47.256 (2020: £15.286). Net incoming
resources for the year were £36.033 (2020: £11.061).
The organisats.on conts.nued lo be impatted ty the Ixjronawrus parKJemic thich resulted in substanti
loss of incoming resources from in-person coutses and significani pericKls of premises dosure. This
required a substantial increase in the nurnt￿r of courses adapte(J ft)T online delrvery. Coronavirus grants
were obt&ned {nirte 3) and a governmenl backed bank loan was m￿n￿ned {note 9) to ensure that the
charity could conb.nue to operate for the duration of the p￿ern￿.
'The Food of Lrfe, eveni was organised during the year for the purwse of ￿SIng fvnds foT the cooking
schoDI. A total ol ￿.[￿2 was iaised through donalK)ns and event ificome as explaified in note 4 to the
financial statements.

will continue in ottration.
The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy
the financial posrtion of the charity and which enable them to ensure ihat the accounts comply with the
applicable law. They are dso responsible lor safeguarding the assets of the chanty and hen￿ lor taking
