The Swiety is managed by a Committee which comprises the ￿￿Tee$ and ex-officio Members named on page 2. The iwsiees
have been in office from l April 2024 ￿ th¢ date of this rew)rt unl￿$ otheThYise stated. The apFoirthnent of trnstees is
governed by the Tnst Deed of the Society. The Committee of Trustees is authorised to aprx)iThi new trustees to fill ¥a¢an¢ies
arising through resignation or death of an extsijtl8 trustee. Any training needs will be dttcrniined x¢ordin8 to the experience
and abilities of cach trustee.

subsistence conneded with ￿Search in the decorative arts. They are avoilable ￿ deLuTrrative arts professionals,
searchers and rx)si8raduate studenw with priority being given io those working in or atwhed kn publicly
funded UK museums or ittstitutions. With effed from April 2024, an additional £l.O(M) per annum (inc¥ea5ing to
£2,0(K> per annurn frorn July 2025) has bttn m*le available for ¢areer development trdvel grants (being trnv¢l
grants to enable eli8ible individua]s io attend. for example. confrrences and seminars).
The trusiees also consider applications forothtr grants fall within th¢ tArameters olthe interests of the Society.
