This year has been a busy one. Hal is now boOk￿j Monday to Thur3day with ￿ra1
organisations. Pkygroup itxxeased trEir hours and now have added Iwo afternoons a

Dramati¢s are now wttj'ng on 3 shows per yeai. Heaven of the wnb.nue to use the hall for
their annual weekend.

Wé had a few emorgenci85 to take (xa of duTiryJ the year. Due to drop in water pres8ure in
changing rooms and water dripping through ￿lI1r￿. we had to drain the tanks whith wero
leaking. Our wonderful team set to W)Tk 8nd txrt tanks on laoe ts¥ys and Trdumbed t
tanks. These are now inspeded on a rtyular basis.

The Hall Incur￿ a deficrt of £5.￿1 in 2025 {2(r24 £1,466). This was laTgely due to roof repairs of
£7,334 and the cost of the solar array and t￿￿ery Sy*em ot£12,0(KJ against which there was a
grant of£10,000 from Resi[￿nI Energy Mounteneys Rer￿wab￿s Communty Resilience Fund. Th8
effect of this has tEen monttored and is havtng a signDlcant effect on elecn.cty consumptton
however the endiry of a fve ye8r electriw contral has Fesulted in a large in¢Jease in the unr(
cost.
Al the end ofthe year the Hall had cash resour￿ of£24.249 £3,5CA) from the start ofthe
year. Thero is still a backhg of Maintenan￿ to be u￿dertaken whith will make further
inroacls imo this balartt.
