**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BRADFIELD ST CLARE IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR OTHER FORMSOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We keep the village hall in a good condition as it is the only meeting place in the parish and as such would be greatly missed by the villagers.  It provides a venue for parish meetings, private parties, monthly whist drives, and a few other very small social functions.
