**Activities:** To receive legacies and bequests for the benefit of people with learning disabilities.To transfer all funds (less costs) to Prospects for People with Learning Disabilities. On 1 April 1997 the Charity transferred all its assets, liabilities and activities to Prospects for People with Learning Disabilities, a charity (number 1060571) and company limited by guarantee.
