Th¢ main obj¢ctive of the Charily is the m￿agement of the Village Hall for the irthabitants of the
Parish of Higham.
Objectives, strategies xnd 2ctlvltks
The Trustees would like to say thank you to the regular hiTaS of the Hall for iheir COTllTnitrnent &
support to ensuring that Ihe Village Hall stays a hub of thecommunity andthank you toihe voluntea5
that enable the Village Hall to smooihly.
Hirers include Dog Training, Zumba. Yoga: Bowls and HIARA. whilst evenings during tenn time are
fillcd with Brownics, Youth Club, Bcavcr5. Cub5 and Scouts. Weekends include TTain Shows,
Guinea Pig Shows. Private Events and Community Events.
Without the HiTeTS and the volunteeTS. the hall would not be able to run - so you.
Public Bener
The Trustees confirn) that they have complied wilh ihe requirements of Se¢iion 4 of the Charities A
201 I to have due reg8rd to the public benefit guidance pubttshed by the Charity Commission (for
England and Wales).

It is the Trnstces view that it is prudent lo ensure ihat there are sufficient free reselves to pffTrvide
financial flexibility and to enable ibe Charity to meet ils commitments as they fall due. However,

the floor. This is an ongoing pn)ject to happen once enough funds have been accrned.
