**Activities:** The objects of the Saffron Walden Arts Trust shall be to promote, maintain, improve and advance education, and the encouragement of the Arts, including the arts of drama, mime, dance, singing and music, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Saffron Walden and the surrounding area, and the provision in the interests of social welfare of facilities for those people.
