I report to the trustees on my examination of Ihe accourts of the above
charity ("the Trusf) for the year ended 301091202.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in ac(1)rdan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {Ih8 Acr).
I report in resFeCt of my examination of the Trusvs accounts carried out
und&r section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination. I
have followed the applicable Direclions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of Ihe Act.
I have completed my examination. I ￿nfirni that no material matters have
come to my attention in ¢x)nnection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in a￿rdan￿ with sedion 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord V￿th the accounting records
