Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
To manage and maintain the Marlow Bottom Playing Field and Play Area. Raising funds as necessary to maintain and/or enhance the Play Area equipment which was completely refurbished in 2012.

Funds are raised through an annual music festival in June and a fireworks event in November.
We confirm the trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.

Although the majority of the running of the MBPFMC is carried out by members of the committee, we do receive help from volunteers from our village community.

In the last 12 months we have continued with the annual cadence of a family friendly music festival in June and Fireworks display in November.

Funds held in the bank account are not allocated to the purchase of Brief statement of the specific items as they are used to pay for the day to day running of the charity’s policy on reserves field such as paying for grass cutting, litter collections and damage incurred by accident or vandalism. A small sum is held in a higher interest account.

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
