opinions.
The TTuslees have paid due regard lo guidance issued try the Charity Commission in deciding what actiwtEs the
charity should un(Jertake.
The Tnain a￿1￿t￿S of the charity, undertaken for the public benefit in ￿latiOn to the charitys objects. are organising
various fund raising events, renting out the villagè hall and car park, and making donations to various charities for
children and the elderty.

It is the policy of the charity that unrestricted funds which have not been de$i9naled for a specific use should be

The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charty 5s exposed, and ar8 S8tisfied that Sy51erns a￿ in

The ¢harty is an association govemed by its constitution, which was first adopted on 14 Octob8r 1975 and
amended on 16 February 1976.
