Trustees from Urne to time. The Twstees, current strategic focus is on donations that
make a signrficanl positive dTfference of outcome in these four maln areas..

At the discretierf of the Trusteas, the charity may also donats funds to other seleded

31st oocembor 2023 are shown crt pages 4 to 6 attached and the Statement of Assets
and Liabilibes at 31st December 2023 is shown on page 7 a note on pag& 8.

Th• capkal fund set up 1999 now stsnds at £116,407. The purpose of the capital fund
Is to provide for the accumulation of capital. the income from vthith 1$ to b8 used for
ch8fFt8bl8 donation purposes. The ￿T91ft81 initsnbon was to build a fund of 8t least £100.000.
The Iruslees agreed, In 2017. that ￿lIe any surrdus ch8fhAbl8 income would continue to be
reinvested in the eaptsl fund. there was no longer a specrfic requlrement lo grow the fund
above the level of £100.OC#J and th8t the investment Income from the fund 8s from J8nuary
2017 could be used lo increase our chantable gimng. In 2022 the tNsteè$ agreed that
net realSs8d gains for the prevv)us year could be used to incre8s& charitabS8 gmng.
No Ir8nsler was made In 2023 from the Capital Fund lo the General Fund.
The Trust8es a￿ minded ftr the thre that consideration ¢oukl addltkjnally be given to
making oxc8ptional éisbursements from some of the Ca￿81 In &xeé$s of the level of
£100,000. athough suth consideralion is being given.
