The accounts are prepared on a cash basis as required by the Charity Commission. 2. The accounts for the year 2024-25 were signed by the Independent Examiner. These were as presented to the AGM in July 2025. 3. The accounts presented overleaf are draft accounts and will be passed to the Independent Examiner for scrutiny by the end of August 2026. 4. Pre-payments. Pre-payments of £1,339.20 were made during the year for rights for the season 2026-27 for 4 plays and £373.27 for scripts for 2 plays. 5. Reserves. £398.42was removed from reserves for the year 2025-26. At the year-end, 30 June 2026, the reserves were £17,758.91. This is considered **sufficient** to fund cash-flow for the year and to provide adequate support for the Society’s activities. 6. Remuneration. No trustees were paid for their work. 7. Creditors / Debtors. There are no creditors or debtors at the year-end. 8. Costume storage. Christine Eckley has decided to sell her garages where we are storing the LADS costumes. We have rented the use of 2 storage containers. This is an additional cost of £3,600 pa less £160 for rental of 1 garage. 9. Gift Aid. 25 members have signed Gift Aid forms.
