Rev'd Mike Binks, Simon Rielly Structure, governance, and management - The charity is an unincorporated associalion and has a managernenl committee responsible for day to day administration. Two Iruslees are currently appointed, one by North Northamptonshire Council and one by the management Committee. Trustees are encouraged and enabled to undertake any training they consider they need. Governing document details - the charity has a wrrtten consts'tution dated 12th June 1991. Financial Review- there is no specffic reseprfes policy. The treasurer is charged with monitoring reserves and reporting regularly to the management committee. The charity is in receipt of an annual granl from North Northamptonshire Council which was £11.660 in this year. Without this grant the charity's future viability would be in doubt. The Truslees are very 9rateful lo the council for its ongoing support. Uuring the It became apparent that the previously identified undercharge by the Charity's electricity supplier had been overestimated. This has given rise to the negative expenditure on electricity in the year. Public benefit statement- the charty runs a communty centre for the benefit and welfare of local residents in the Danesholme area of Cortjy. Objectives, activities. achievemenls, and performance - The main activities undertaken in the year were the letting of halls and rooms to local groups for their activities. These included various dance groups, perfoiming arts groups, church groups, fitness groups, health and wellbeing groups, Book Club. U3A. community SUPPOrt groups, and vaiious sports. The charty Continued lo support the wnning of Danesholme Library as Community Managed Library staffed solely by volunteers.
