**Objects:** 1. The preservation and conservation of the history and heritage of the building known as ?The Roman Painted House? in Dover and other structures of historical and archaeological significance; 2. To advance education regarding the historic and current importance of the Roman Painted House and other structures of historical and archaeological significance; 3. To contribute to the conservation of historic and archaeological objects in Dover and its environs.

**Activities:** The Trust aims to preserve the Roman House, Dover,manage it and open it to the public as cost effectively as possible.  The House is open to the public April to mid-September with graphic and finds displays, models, taped recordings and activities for children.  The House is open throughout the year to pre-booked adult groups (with guided talk) and schools for Roman Activity Workshops.
