Need to gain Core Income We are working io increase our poteniial for earned income with a new digital project pilot which will offer mediurn terni opportunities for earned income We have diversified our fundraising to include small 'asks' to small Trusts for general costs. Our new 4 year plan contains financial targets for medium to long iern) funding (2-3 year funding) to include an uplift in core funding. We build a percentage towards core funding into each fundlng bid. We have fewer iargeted strands of work, with an accompanying fundraising schedule which targets particular trusls and foundations. Failure io achieve financial siability. The Board will keep a firni hold on finances and funding by continuing wilh bimonthly meetings. We have to recognise that the charitable sector is more precarious than ever. Over the last 12 months charitable grant givers hav¢ reported a 700/0 increase in bids for funding. We continue to work alongside an independent financial panner who regularly conducis an overview of actual expenditure and income against projections, and this is fed back to the ¢rustees, so that potential issues can be seen early and any consequeni actions can be taken.
