Promote interest and research into the Peninsular Wars and The Waterloo Campaign. Support Waterloo 200.Support an annual conference and relevant visit.Hold AGM (spring) and autumn meetings. At each meeting there is a relevant public lecture.Publish 3 journals/year containing original articles.

Objects: A) To Promote Public Education And Appreciation Of The History Of The Wars Between England And France And Known As The Napoleonic War And In Particular For The Advancment Of The Education Of The Public Of The Historical Significance Of The Campaign Of 1815; B) To Promote Public Education By The Preservation Of The Site Of The Battle Of Waterloo; C) Such Other Charitable Objects Or Purposes As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion From Time To Time Determine.
