All of our trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidan￿ on public benefit when making decisions. 2024 was a very busy year for the comrnittee, it has seen us install solar panels (with the help of a grant) to help combat our increased utility costs. A second grant provided the funds for much needed changing room refurbishments including the installation of toilets. The Jubilee room has been completely refurbished and the main hall has been decorated with new soft furnishings. This benefits the community and ￿sIdentS of the local area.

We finish the year in a stsble financial position, with no outstanding debts. £22,000 of income was receNed from grants and a further £5(J) from donations. The remainder was from hiring fees and fundraising events. We have a small reserve of £IOOO to supplement our running costs if we were unable to operate for any reason. We would like to continue to raisefunds in the comingyearto hopefully replace the double glazing and insulate the roof spa￿. Our main objectives for the future are to continue to make the hall and field an attractive, accessible and inclusive venue for all. Trustees Signature: . Alison Davis Trustees Signature: .
