of other tvtnts throughout the year. There has beèn a conbnued advancement in parbc4patMM and engagement

The Society seeks to raisè suffiuént hJnds to mèèt its objectives throu9h active fiJndrai5ing and 501iciting (k)nations. As part
of the Festival. the Soc*ty organises the annual Handel Singing Ccfflpetrtion for young and develo￿n9 singers which
provkyes them wth a &gnificant and presbgious launch-pad for ￿Er future success. Th? careers of several of today's
leading opera perf0M￿r$ have been enhanced aThJ supported by suth partwalion.
