The vehlcle rally Au8USt bank hollday where over 6(K) vehlcles were
present along wlth sideshows and stalls, Michaelmas fayre Whe￿ we
had over 125 stalls made up of local charltles and 8ood causes was
held on the last Saturday in September,
shoeboxes were once again collected and fllled wlth artlcles lor
those In need, approxlmately IOCX) were collected and sent away for
dlstrlbutlon. We have also Supported dlstrlct youth events
throu8hout the year, and the many good causes, local socletles In
and around Gosport who needed our support In a falr and Just
dlstrlbutlon of our funds.
Another good year supported by all our Rot8rlans who put In
conslderable amount of personal tlrne at thelr own expense to
ensure that these fundrdlsln8 and soclal events take place for our
communlty I look forward to many more years supportln8 and beln8
supported by our Rotartans.

charity {'the Trust") for the year ended 3010612025.

As the charity's trustee8, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of Ihe Charities Act 2011
("the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under 8eGtion 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examlner's Statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that In, any matenal respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Chanties Act; or
Ihe accounts dld not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
conceming the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'irue and fair. view which Is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
