|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20||**The following is a Summary of the**<br>**club’s activities during the year:-**<br>**Community**<br>‘<br>**Organisation of**<br>**Youth Speaks’ and**<br>**‘Young Chef’ competitions for**<br>**schools;;;**<br>**Gosport Rotary Academic Bursury**<br>**awarded to a local student starting their**<br>**University Course;**<br>**‘Kids Out’ Special School annual day**<br>**out organised;**<br>**Assistance given to ‘Young Carers’ in**<br>**conjunction with an adjacent Club;**<br>**Continued support given to a local Food**<br>**Bank with weekly deliveries by**<br>**Rotarians  totalling several thousand**<br>**pound over the year;**<br>**The Christmas Sleigh Tour;**<br>**The ~Alverstoke Michaelmas Fayre**<br>**event;**<br>**Financial support given to the**<br>**Hampshire Air Ambulance;**<br>**The Stokes Bay Vehicle Rally which, as**<br>**well as attracting over 400 vehicle**<br>**entries and many members of the public**<br>**also raised over Ten Thousand Pounds**<br>**to help fund our Benevolent activites;**<br>**A number of small donations made to**<br>**local causes;**<br>**We organised the ‘Coronation**<br>**Community Chest’ where small local**<br>**charities and ‘not for profit’**<br>**organisations were invited to bid for**<br>**small grants to celebrate the King’s**<br>**Coronation, which resulted in fourteen**|





**recipients sharing £13,500. International Substantial donations have been made to Rotary International Projects including the Eradication of Polio worldwide; The Club has also supported the delivery of Shelter and Aquaboxes to scenes of disaster, provided finance to the Islamabad Rotary Club to assist in their flood relief work, and financial assistance to British Rotary teams delivering medical equipment and assistance  to Ukraine, financial support for ‘Marys Meals’ ;as well as our annual collection of Christmas Shoeboxes, containing gifts for children, which joined our District collection and were delivered to Eastern European countries where local Rotary Clubs presented them to recipients in the poorer areas.**

charity I'the Trust") for the year ended 3010612023.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{'the Act I
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accoLJnts Carried oul
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examlner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
