After providing for the maintenance of Sl Stephens Cottages. any surplus
should be used towards repairing. fijmishing and equipping ihe churches
of Rumburgh Abbey and St Mi¢h*l, Soulh Elmham.

The trustees maintain and upgrade the cottages on the recommendations
of the managing agents. Surplus income is used to assist in the
maintenance of the Abbey and Sl Michaels and repair or upgrading the
buildings.

Cottages which are the main generators of income for the Trust and

recommendations as to what repairs or improvements are requir￿ in the

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Twst for the year ended 5 April 2025.
Responstbilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Tnjst you are resrx)nsible for the preparatiC￿ of the accounts in accordance
with the ￿qUirements of the ChaTities Act 2011 rthe ACVI.
I report in respect of my examination of the TTusYs accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act
and in carrying out my examination I have foll0v￿d all the applicable Direttions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145lSllb) of thè ACL

I have completed my examination. I confim) that no material matters have con* to my attention in
connection with the examination giwng me cause to bdieve that in any material respect
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the ACL or

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in coTrnertion with the examination to which
