FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserv¢5 policy
It is the policy of the Charity that unrestricted funds which have not been designated for a specific use should be
mainthined at a level ¢quivalenl to between three and six month's expendttt]re. The Trustees con%iders that reserves at
this l¢v¢l will ensure that the event of a signifiLiint drop in funding, they will be able to continue the Charity's cwyent
activities while CQT)sideralion is given to ways in which additional funds may be ryised. ThL5 l¢vel of I'eserves has been
maintained Ihroughout the yeai..
Going concer
At the time of approving the financial statement5, the Ti'uste¢s have 8 reasonable ¢xpeetaiion that the Charity has
adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable futu￿. Thus the Tiustees continue to adopt
the going concern basis of accounting in preparing tlie financial 5tat¢Tn¢nts.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Governiiig document
The charity is controlled by its governing docutnenl, a deed o(trust and constitutes an unincorporaled charity.
Rislc management
The ti'uste¢s have a duty to identify and review the Yiskg to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate
eoiitrols are in pla(¢ to provide reasonabl¢ as5ul.ance agai11$t fraud and errol..
The Tiwsteeg have assessed the major risks lo which tlie Chai'ity is exposed, and al'e satisfied that systems are in place to
mitigate exposuir to the major risks.
