To organise events like a Bonfire night Party, Christmas Fayre, Quiz and Curry Night etc that raise funds to support Clayesmore School to provide an enhanced educational experience and to promote and build social networks in the parent body.

For Paying In Whole Or In Part The Fees To The School For Pupils Whose Parents Or Guardians Are Unable To Afford Such Fees Or The Whole Thereof By Reason Of Unforeseen Circumstances (Such As Death Illness Or Acccident) Occurring After The Dated When Such Pupil Shall Have Been Accepted As A Pupil In The School. B. To Award Scholarships Or Bursarships To Pupils As A Rewards For Academic Merit Irrespective Of The Means Of Their Parents Or Guardians By Paying In Whole Or In Part Their Fees To The School. C. For Such Other Legally Charitable Purposes Either Connected With The Advancement Of Education Or Otherwise.
