C) TO PROVIDE SUC SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY VOLUNTARY SCHOOL IN OR SERVING THE SAID PARISH, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
