The Charity exists to own the Church Building of St George's Anglican Church in Paris and support the running costs. It also acts as Patron of the Church for the purposes of nominating to the Bishop of the Diocese in Europe the Chaplaincy appoinment.

The Promoting For The Religious Benefit Of Subjects Of The United Kingdom Of Great Britain And Ireland Or Of Any Colony Or Dependency Thereof Any Religious Or Charitable Objects In Connection With Any Churches, Chapels, Etc That May Be Erected Or Acquired By The Association.
