Anchorage Association Treasurer’s Report for the period 

## Endeavour Cooperative Academy 

## 1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025 

Overall **£91k** funds were generated in the financial  year with **£76k** being spent leaving the closing Anchorage cash balance at **£134,526** as at 31[ st ] March 2025. 

## 1 Income 

A detailed breakdown of funds raised follows: 

## 1.1 Donations 

We received £63,550 in donations this year 

## 1.2 The Christmas bazaar 2024 

This continues to be an internal event as this proves to be a successful way to run it for all concerned.  We still held the raffle to raise funds and the event was a great success.  We raised **£1,234** similar to  previous year **£1,345.** 

## 1.3 Just giving page 

Various fundraising events this year have raised a fantastic **£10,014** 


## 1.4 Lottery and Easy Fundraising 

The School Lottery initiative has raised **£1,142** this  year (£1,376 prior year) and Easy Fundraising has raised **£718** (£690  previous year) 

## 1.5 Grants 

Grants totalling **£13,055** have been received to go  towards the minibus, 

## 2 Expenditure 

Excluding the costs for the events we spent £76,035 on various fabulous activities for the children, £42,055 of that being the mini bus spend 




Of the £134k sitting in the bank £91k is for the playground,or the mini bus, £3,700 is for music therapy £10,000 is for lego sets for learning, £67k is for the playground, £6k is for an all terrain wheel chair and £6k for a sensory room and sports wall. £3,170 remains available to spend. 


I have really enjoyed supporting the school in the roles of secretary and then treasurer but my other voluntary roles have taken over so I will be stepping down from the role this year but will continue to support the school as a “mum”.

I have independently examined the financial records of The Endeavour School Anchorage Association for the financial year ended 31[st] March 2025.
