**Objects:** VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF BRIMPSFIELD AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR THE OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We are a village hall in the Cotswold village of Brimpsfield.  We exist to provide a focal point for village activities and for local organisations to host their activities. These include social events, W.I. Garden Society meetings, church events and the Village show etc. The Hall has been upgraded to provide limited kitchen facilities, plus access and toilet facilities for the disabled.
