## **Annual Trustees report period** 

## **1st January 2020 to 28th September 2021** 

- **This period of time was during the start of the pandemic where almost all outside activities were stopped as we all isolated. Time was taken to apply for grants to survive as utility bills still needed to be paid . As a charity we had to purchase ppi equipment ,signage mark out floors with 2m gaps all the items associated with keeping down levels of contact so as not to spread covid .All meetings were canceled so again not much to report on as some of the members of committee were at high risk .We had to adapt to our ways to keep everyone safe the field was still used for the public to walk round and get some daily exercise .**
