The society provides a programme of information, talks and visits on a variety of subjects which will be of interest to both current and ex residents of Petworth and surrounding villages.
Objects: To Preserve The Character And Amenities Of The Town And Parish Of Petworth, Including Byworth And Egdean, To Encourage An Interest In The History Of The District And To Foster A Community Spirit. IT Shall Be Non-Political, Non-Sectarian And Non-Profit Making.
