**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF COLATON RALEIGH IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETING LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** 1. To provide and maintain a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Colaton Raleigh with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants2. If and insofar as the income of the charity cannot reasonably be applied for the above purposes, it may be applied toward the general benefit of the said inhabitants in such charitable ways as the Trustees shall think fit
