where Scouts tried a wide raTrge of attivitie5 and made friends on an international scale.
As ouryoung people have developed. so too have our adultvolunteers and young leaders. We have both105t and
gained adults who have all prov(ded invalL%able efforL Our 8eaver Section Lead. Melissa has dedicated vast energy
to the Group, but graciously ejwresses hÈr intention to stepdown around March. Mike Pugh has agreed to tske the
title of Chairperson. fulfilling a long4tandingvac8ncy. Our livelyteam in the Scout Sertion have inspired mo
voung leader5 tojoln ourtearn. givingthern the opportuntyto shape their Group and develop leadershlp skllls
themselves.
Our building has undergone stgnificant irnprovernenL wf(h the add￿lon of heat pumpsto regulate Intemal
tÈmkErature. Pest control have cleared the squirrelsfrom the loft and garaEe. We have relocated ourEaS cage to a
