In connection with my examinatson, no matter has come to my attention that gives me reasonable
cause to believe that in any material aspect, the requirements lo keep a¢counb'ng records in
accordance with Sections 130 and 132 of the Charities Act 2011 and to prepare financial ststements
which a¢¢ord with those a¢counting records and to comply with the accounting requirement of the Act
ave not been met. In my opinion there are no matters lo which attention Should be drawn in order to
enable 8 proper understanding of the financial ststements lo be reached.
