Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Post Code Rh8 And Other Surrounding Areas That May Be Designated Under The Subsequent Provisions Of This Constitution By Relieving Suffering Or Hardship (whether Permanent Or Temporary) Arising From Poverty, Old Age, Physical Handicap Or Ill Health (whether Of Mind Or Of Body) And By Providing Such Help As May Be Required To Anyone Who Is In Personal Difficulty Because Of Some Emergency, Without Distinction Of Sex, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions.
