**Objects:** VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MAIDFORD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Maidford Village Hall is the only non-denominational village facility. It is actively used by the villagers through fund raising evening;over sixty groups; social, educational and drama events, and as a meeting room for organisations within and outside the village.
