Responsibilities ondbasis of report As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Att}. I report in respert of myexamination ofthe charitvs accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515)Ibl of the 2011 Act. My examlnatlon was carried out in accordance wlththe general Directions given bythe Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
