Responsibilitie5 andbasis of report As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act). I report in respect of myexamination of the charitrfs accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515)Ibl of the 2011 Act. My examination was carried out In accordance with the general Dirertions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
