The Trustees have considered the Charity Commissioners. guidance on public Efnefii and have

("Ihe Charity") for the yvdr ended 5th April 2024 which are set out on pages 5 to 10.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the Charitys trustees you are rewnsibl¢ for the preparntion of the accounts in accordance
with the requiremetits of the Charities Act 2011 {"the Aa-)-
I report in resFttt of my examination of the Charitys accounts carried out under section 145 of
the Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all ihe applicable Directions given
by the Charity Commission under section 14515Kb) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confimj that no material matters have come lo my attention
in conne¢tion with the exarnination which give me caLLse to believe thaL in any material respect=
the accounitng ￿CordS were nor kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities A¢t' or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records- or
the accounts did nol comply with the applicable requirements concerning the forni and
conteni of accounls set out in the Chartties (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other
than any requir¢ment that the accounts give a'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of the independeni exami[￿tion.
I have no concerns and have come across other matters in conneclion with the examination
to which attention should be drawn in this rep)rt in order to enable a proper understanding of the
