**Objects:** TO POMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF PINEHURST AND ITS IMMEDIATE INVIRONS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, INSTITUTIONS, BUSINESSES AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORD TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH, AND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS; AND TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.

**Activities:** We help local groups (ie netball/football teams) by giving donations. Help our local community by holding Christmas parties for elderly persons alone at Christmas and 100 under privileged children. Take under privileged families for days out to the seaside (something they could not afford to do) as we still have no centre to work from at the moment.
