AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SURVIVOR OF THE FOUNDERS FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE HAVING REGARD TO ANY DIRECTIONS OR WISHES EXPRESSED BY THE FOUNDERS IN THEIR LIFETIMES.
