THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF THEIR SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
