Handbook. We are extremely grateful to all ourfunders.
As a re$ult of the changes above, LAG saw a surplus for the 2024 year. Thls was an￿CIpated, as some of the
benefits of the cost-cuttln8 measures Implemented In late 2023 were realtsed th15 findnclal year.
Reserves pollry
The Trustees aim to malntain free reserve5 in unrestricted fund5 at a level that equatss to between three and slx
rnonths of unrestricted charitable expenditure. The Trustee5 £onsider that thls level Is necessary to protect agaln5t
